Every year, in spite of developments in technology and science, hundreds of thousands of runners - from beginners to elites - struggle with running related injuries. Good Form Running (GFR) was created in 2006 as a simple recipe for fine-tuning your running mechanics in hopes that you’re not a part of those statistics. Building an awareness of your movements, and having the tools to adjust those motions is the path to injury free, productive running. Good Form Running: For more information on GFR, go to goodformrunning.com. Clinic Instructor: Grant Robison 2004 Olympian (1500m), 2003 NCAA Champion (1500m), NCAA All-American Cross Country, Graduate of Stanford University. “I truly believe that regardless of age or ability level, improving your form can have lasting positive effects on your running.” |
